Origins

Our original organization, Ethos Group, Inc., is a privately-held company formed in October of 1996. It was founded by a group of hard-working like-minded industry veterans who joined together to create an organization dedicated to providing world-class service and products to the automotive dealership industry. Subsequent to Ethos Group’s establishment, a number of purpose-driven subsidiary companies were formed and now provide the nucleus of the Ethos organization.

Our Name

The term “ethos” is defined as “…distinguishing character, sentiment, moral nature, or guiding beliefs of a person, group, or institution.” Our name was conceived by reflecting upon those traits which brought, and continue to keep, the group together: hard work, trust, initiative and an ethos of excellence.

Philosophy

Our leadership has created and firmly believes in an organizational philosophy designed around the elements of initiative, detail, trust, and humility. These principles remain the cornerstone of Ethos Group's success. We believe that the level of success achieved by each of our clients will ultimately be determined by the development and realization of this philosophy. Therefore, helping our clients to develop a culture driven by this philosophy is our top priority.

The driving force of Ethos Group is our company culture which is soaked in the ethos of initiative, detail, trust, and humility. In particular, we believe that in any business environment during any period of time, no amount of talent or resources can replace the need for trust in one another. Our working environment is built upon trust in each other.
