We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the following roles:

Business/Finance Manager

This management position provides a chance to work in a dynamic environment with other professionals who share the desire to be the best in the industry. While individual performance is rewarded, team effort plays an important role in the success of each department.

Exposure: This position emphasizes the sales function while encompassing many facets of business including finance, management, manufacturing, insurance, and lending. This position provides a platform where top performers are recognized and rewarded both professionally and financially.

Initial offering: A guaranteed salary for the first 90 days and a comprehensive training program are provided. Typical Business/Finance Managers average over $60,000 annually, superior performers may anticipate much higher annual compensation. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401K.

Finance Director

Supervises and acts as a mentor to Business/Finance Managers (Producers).
Manages and develops the finance department of the dealership to ensure maximum potential.
Oversees completion of the financial package before funding.
Acts as a liaison for the dealership to strengthen and form relationships with financial institutions.
Manages dealership’s lending portfolio.

The interview process generally takes 2-3 weeks with Ethos Group. However, the length of the interview process depends on your schedule and availability.

Will I be working in a dealership?

Yes. Business/Finance Managers are employed by the dealership they represent.

Where is the dealership located?

We have clients spread across the nation. Therefore, individuals willing to relocate will have the greatest number of opportunities available to them.

Will I be selling cars?

No. The dealership’s sales representatives will sell the vehicles.

Upon completing the interview process with Ethos Group, how long before I interview with a dealership?

There is not a definite answer to this question. It can take anywhere from a couple of days to several months. Those individuals that are willing to relocate are often placed more quickly.

How long does it take to advance?

We provide an opportunity to gain business experience at an accelerated pace. Advancement is based on performance, not seniority, and can be rapid for top-performers.
